We enjoyed our yearly trip on the Central Coast staying at this house for the first time. We loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Cayucos. The house had all the ameneties in needed for our stay- cooking pots,blankets, pillows, extra towels and sheets, and even a First Aid kit. We had room to spread out. There's even a little office area that my husband was able to work at. We borrowed an office chair from the local charity shop that made using the desk comfortable. There's plenty of seating. We appreciated that the property is fully enclosed/gated. The gardener came twice during the month on a Thursday morning. I enjoyed tending to all the plants around the house too. Coastal Escapes always provides excellent customer service and I always prefer to use their houses over any other property manager.
