Have rented from Coastal Escapes for over 12 years. First time at this particular rental. Cute small duplex in a great location. You can walk to town and beach very easily. We could hear the seals barking at night. There is a little bistro table and chairs to bring outside to enjoy the neighborhood. It was clean and had the basics to make our stay comfortable. Extra outlets have been added. Since this is a month-long rental, more storage in the bedroom or bathroom would be great, like extra hooks for towels or clothes, shelves for toiletries, or even under-bed drawers with bed risers.The drawback: The two couches offered absolutely no support, and sitting on them was very uncomfortable. We ended up putting pillows underneath to offer support. Minus 2 stars for just the couches, but everything else was great.
Always enjoy interacting with the women at Coastal Escapes!
You can't beat the location, and we will be back.

The aesthetics here are so good. It was very clean, too. It was so good to have a working washer and dryer in the unit when staying a month. We walked daily into town and to the beach. Good location.

Location, location, location...this unit has great access to the beach. The property is small and cozy but nicely updated and decorated with a coastal theme. We love the bed and the shower but not so much the IKEA-type loveseats. All in all, would definitely rent again. Coastal Escapes and the wonderful ladies working there are the best!
