We appreciate the upgrades that we have noticed over the last 11 years. We love the new BBQ tableland the refinished barstool. The kitchen is very well appointed these days. Enjoyed the location of this condo. We walked on the beach daily. The town was a very short walk too. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. There are other reviews that the second bedroom had only 1 twin bed, but there is a trundle bed underneath that you must pull out. There is also a blow-up mattress in the closet that we did not use. There are lots of towels. There is a Ring camera at the front door. The sounds of waves crashing lulled us to sleep every night. We enjoyed having a BBQ on the deck to use. It would be good to have more seating in the livingroom to watch TV.

The views are truly amazing. The location is perfect, steps to the beach and close to town. The house is well appointed with linens, blankets, cooking items and even beach toys. My only complaint is the beds in all rooms were very uncomfortable.

Even in the fog, the dark, and the sun, the view from this apt. is priceless, along with the short walk to town for coffee. Just be sure to take a sleep mask: the porch light comes right into the master bedroom and there's no way to turn it off. "well-stocked" was another reviewer's description of the kitchen. I'd say over-stocked. How many cooking knives do we need? We loved our stay in spite of some small issues.

Exactly what I look for in a coastal vacation. Close and fantastic view of the surf, but the access would be challenging for the disabled. We stayed over Thanksgiving 2020 in A20 and we had an excellent stay! Flat is very spacious for a family of 4. 2nd floor with unbeatable views of Cayucos bay, there is no flat above the A20 unit which allows to keep the noise from other flats pretty minimal/non existent. Access to Cayucos main street in 2 minutes by walking, direct access to the beach at the foot of the condo, parking space, well equipped kitchen (pots/pan but also spices/sugar/coffea/ziploc etc... as it obviously served as a vacation place for the owners in the past), BBQ on the terrace etc... Small updates/repairs could be considered (blinds and closets'doors in bedrooms) but those are very minimal issues. Cayucos is more family oriented and less touristy than Morro Bay or Pismo which we highly appreciated. Easy access to those places and Montana de Oro State Park. We are already thinking of coming back and rent the place again!

THe unit was a dream come true. The view was worth every penny and stair step! Very clean, everything we needed and a view to heaven! Enjoyed the unit so much, I have reserved it for a month next year! Just be aware it is on the third floor, and there are 24 steps to the front door. But there are two landings to rest on. This condo is in a perfect location with views of Morro Rock and the pier with a short walk to downtown or Estero Bay. There is a working fireplace we used morning and evening. The location of the condo and views can’t be beat. The condo interior however needs a refresh and update. Everything appears to be original back to the 70’s when the condos were built. The condo in general seemed clean, however all the throw rugs were pretty gross looking..needed a good washing or replacing. The washer and dryer in unit are a nice amenity.
All in all it’s a good place to stay as long as you aren’t looking for anything fancy. .
