Single story, beautiful, oceanfront home located a block from downtown Cayucos and a short distance from Cayucos Pier. This home has both a living room with beautiful ocean views and family with a fireplace and access to a private back yard. Adjacent to the living room is a large kitchen and dinning area. The two bedrooms are located on the side of the house and the master bedroom has ocean views. The second bedroom is a large room located towards the back of the home. This property has a grassy yard that looks out towards the water and private stairs to the beach. No smoking, no pets, linens & towels not provided (rental available). We have stayed here plenty of times over the years with Coastal Escapes. It is always so peaceful and quiet here. The view of the beach right at your doorstep and not to mention stairs that lead you down to the beach! A few things do need to still be upgraded though. Maybe a new bbq grill, a new mattress for the master bedroom (not comfortable at all), and also the television in the second bedroom does not work. But definitely great place to stay! Just back from a wonderful, annual trip weekend, in Cayucos! The house was clean and comfortable. The layout is a bit funky with and enclosed glass living room, but having the pull out bed there provided an extra private bedroom. The location on the bluffs, and short stairway to the sand, made the beach access convenient. We spent our days walking on the beach, cooking good food, drinking good wine, and enjoying each others company.

This spacious home is perched over looking the ocean with coastal views from living/dining area and one of the bedrooms. It’s a very short walk to town or the pier. This is a nice vacation house with great views and easy beach access. Also, the house is within walking distance of the town of Cayucos, so there is no need to drive anywhere between arrival and departure.

To have an ocean front rental property was a delight. Our grandkids spent much of their time enjoying the beach. The home is beginning to show it's age and many of the amenities were not up to what we are use to. Upgraded bathrooms and kitchen would be a plus. However, the price was good considering all. We enjoyed our time there and would do it again.

Wonderful view and great location for 4th of July. Loved the new wood floors. Hoping the kitchen cabinets might be the next upgrade. Screens on second bedroom windows and front door would be good for ventilation. We had a very relaxing week walking on the beach and watching the fire works.

We have rented several houses on the beach in Cayucos, including this one 3 times. This has beautiful views and is perfectly located within walking distance of the grocery store, several restaurants, shopping such as it is, and the bars! they recently redid the floors and they are beautiful. Two bedrooms with king beds and a central room with couches and pull-out bed. Plenty of room!
