We had a great time. Conveniently located just a short walk down the hill to the park, the beach and Fiscallini Trail. Loved sitting on the deck. We even spotted a few whales out in the ocean one afternoon. The twins loved the Nemo bedroom and was sure it was designed just for them. Great place to enjoy a relaxing time.

The layout is nice and spread out among the two floors, and the top deck provides a lovely lookout. Our boys (5 and 8) enjoyed a great vacation with their buddies. I would remind the cleaning staff to be sure to refill tp and soap in all bathrooms and provide extra rolls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “The Blue House” yet again! We try to get out to cambria at least twice a year but the past year was rough so this was our first stay for 2021. Waking early and heading up to the sky deck with a hot cup of coffee (because yes, it’s chilly early in the morning up there) was my favorite part of our stay. Making memories with my daughter while stargazing before bed in a clear night was magical. The house had some upgrades from our past stays and we noticed, very nice! Coastal Escapes is the best booking agent in town. I always feel welcomed when I enter greeted by Teresa. We are excited to stay again soon! I think updating some of the furniture would be a good move to make the space more comfortable for families (dining table and chairs) some of the chairs are often unused because of the style and more practical and comfort would go a long way.

Fantastic location for the price. You can walk to the beach at Schamel Park or a cliffside bench to watch the waves in an easy 5 minutes. Moonstone Beach and West Village can be reached on foot in 10 or by car in 5. The house is nice but not fancy and could use some minor repair (paint, sticky pocket doors, loose laminate on the counter, a few ants running around) but we liked it. The gas fireplace by the picture window is a great place to greet the morning and the rooftop deck is perfect to watch the sunset. We would like to come back to Cambria.

We originally had a reservation on another property, but it became unavailable when the owners moved back in. When this occurred, we were not notified immediately, probably because the original reservation was not made online, and I found it out through a phone I made concerning an another rental. Fortunately, we were able to get this property, but the management needs to make sure their clients are promptly notified if a reserved property becomes unavailable.

Fisherman's boat house, is the best way to describe this house. The outside is all decked out to look like a big boat. We used to stay at another house on this street for years and when it was not available it was disappointing. However, this house was a great substitute. He location is walking distance from Shameless Park, the tide pools, the beach and the ranch. I would highly recommend.

Very relaxing get away for my family. Able to enjoy the rooftop view of the ocean and great sunsets. At night hearing the waves from the bedroom window was like music to our ears!
Located within walking distance to the beach and local park was outstanding for my grandchildren. We also enjoyed the pool table with my son in laws playing until midnight or later.
With the 4 bedrooms everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed their stay.

This is our favorite place to stay when we need a little getaway! Not far at all from the beach and we can also have a fantastic view from the top deck. We love playing pool and cooking in the spacious kitchen. They have also put new tv’s in three of the bedrooms, the Wi-Fi needs to be a little stronger though. But we’ll be back! It’s always a great stay in Cambria for us.

What a way to celebrate a birthday! Invite a few close girlfriends to spend a whole weekend on the beautiful Central Coast! The house was great (with a variety of decor), the location was wonderful, and the weather cooperated. The kitchen was spacious, plenty of room for several people to enjoy preparing meals together. The rooftop deck was a great place to hang out and appreciate the view. The family room with fireplace and large sliding glass windows provided a comfy place to gather together. We were able to take long, beautiful walks both north and south from this location. We all want to do it again next year!

There were mouse droppings in the downstairs (kids) bdrm; and the oven thermostat didn't work correctly. The property needs work but it was very comfortable and playing pool and watching the world series after a long hike @ Fiscalini ranch were just the ticket. Great weekend.

The view from this location is priceless. The home is large and roomy for a large family. Only drawback were the beds....2 queens???? All were small and not the most comfortable. Everything we needed as far as a well supplied kitchen. The decks and the view made it all worth while. Very clean ecept for a dusty living room but we didn't spend that much time there anyway.
